HALLOWEEN!

Ok, first off can it really be November already? I don't want it to be. Life is just really starting to fly by. The old saying, "Time flies when you are having fun" is great, but now I'm at the point where time flies because I am always busy. It is crazy and I don't want it to be going so fast. I want it to slow down some.

Well anyway, as everyone knows this Saturday was Halloween. It was an awesome Halloween too. We kicked USC butt! Knocked them out of there! GONE! Now we get a nice spot higher than them. A sweet victory it really was. I also heard it is the worst USC has lost for about twelve years or something like that. That's what you get for coming to Eugene baby.

So campus had some fun activities going on, on Halloween night. Ben came down and we went to the dance put on at Carson. It kind of felt like high school, but it was nice to be in an atmosphere that did not have a ton of alcohol or drunk kids. Plus we were on campus for the delicious midnight pancake breakfast put on at the EMU. AMAZING! Who wouldn't love pancakes or hot chocolate at midnight? It was great.

It was a tiring weekend due to all of the excitement, but oh so much fun. I dressed up like I was from the 80's and Ben as a vampire. The funny thing is that he bought his costume on Halloween so the only teeth we could find were those lovely plastic, glow in the dark teeth. I'm sure you all remember those right? They were super cool when you were in elementary school. I loved it and was actually really happy this weekend. It was a good break for me. I worked hard on homework all week and have a midterm on Tuesday so this weekend could not have been better planned.

Well speaking of that midterm I should probably squeeze in a little more studying before I hit the hay. So until next time...
