Ah! An Awesome Couple of Days

Well last night was great. I decided to come home this weekend and the bus ride was horrible and long. They are usually pretty uneventful. I finished almost all of my studying before we even left Eugene. You see I get picked up on campus and then we head downtown for the rest of the people. We always wait downtown for so long. I decided to do some of my studying on the way home so I had less to do this weekend. Well, like I said, I finished most of it before leaving Eugene. Oh well. I read my book and listened to music the rest of the way. As much as I love doing both of those activities it is not so fun doing that for three hours. Well I have been stressing at school too. With all the homework, knee injury, being on crutches, and starting training for this internship I have been pretty stressed and had some very tight muscles. I went ahead and treated myself to a massage. That was so a slice of heaven for me. It was much needed. The place, Massage Envy, is a great place. I got an hour long massage. It's only thirty nine dollars for first timers. Talk about a well earned and much needed little vacation. I'm now less tense and not quite as stressed.

Today I went to the Saturday market in downtown Vancouver. I met up with an old teacher. The weather turned out to be horrible so I never got any pictures. Plus since the rain started falling I didn't want to bring out the camera and chance hurting it somehow. Esther Short Park is very pretty though and you can definitely take my word for it. I actually got my senior pictures done there. They are awesome. The park always has flowers and it has this cute fountain sort of thing and a glockenspiel. It's very kid friendly and adult friendly. The area around it is all industrial so it is kind of like a small paradise in the middle of that. Then, after the not so great weather, I went over to my dad's to hang out for a while. We wiied it up. It was fun. We played tennis, bowling, golf, and baseball. It was a fun activity and about the most activity I can do given my current knee problem (which is getting much better!!). Then of course there is alwaysI love her to death. Well I'm a dachshund fan. I want a mini when I'm able. She is very sweet and fun to be around. I just think she is adorable. Well I would love to continue telling you all about anything and everything, but it is getting late and I'm actually quite tired. So until next time...
