Wow!! Well it is now 12:03am!! I thought now would be an awesome time to blog. A new year!! I cannot believe it. What a year 2008 was. Now it is time to start over. New resolutions for 2009. Mine is definitely to stay a good friend, keep in contact with family, and do well in school. I don't think any of those will be hard to accomplish. I love watching the ball drop. It's weird because this year they didn't show it like they normally do. The show that goes with it is always great too. Always some awesome music performances and it just amazes me to see Time Square with so many people and so much energy. I did have to work today, but luckily I got off early (like two hours)! I came home and my mom and I played some games, talked, and watched the ball drop. Now both of us are just about ready for bed. It has been quite a break. I know I still have a few days left, but I feel like this was the end. Now it is just packing and saying my good byes to friends and starting my good byes with my family. I am looking forward to going back to school. I will get to see my friends and the atmosphere. I am not looking forward to going back to school because I will miss my family, friends, having no homework, my dog, and sleeping in a room that is just mine. It's been a crazy fast month. I bet anything that 2009 is going to be a full and fast year. I really only have 22 weeks of school until I'm no longer a freshman in college. When you look at it from that angle it certainly doesn't seem like that long of time. I hope everyone out there had a safe and happy New Year celebration. I know I did. I love being at home to celebrate. I feel like celebrating with family is the best way to bring in the New Year, actually any holiday you should be with family. That is my philosophy. I think it's great to celebrate with friends of course too, but for holidays like Christmas and Easter you should be with family. New Year's is one you could do either. I like being with family, it just feels right. Well I'm getting tired and so I'm just going to leave today's as a shorter entry. I hope everyone has a great year and that all things go well for everyone. So until next time... Good night.
