Memorial Day Weekend

This weekend was a college kid's dream come true: a three day weekend at the end of the term. During spring term, we only get one day off, and that day is Memorial Day. Since it is spring and the sun is out, it is always one of my favorite holidays to relax and celebrate.

Since dead week and finals are just around the corner, I took advantage of the three day weekend and went to the beach with a couple of friends for a night of camping. My friend Kelsey took a SCUBA class through the PE department, and was recently earned her SCUBA certification. We met up with a few of her SCUBA friends for a great night of camping. The weather at the beach was AMAZING, and it was very hard to leave the blue skies and warm sand. However, reality was calling me back to Eugene.

Today, the actual Memorial Day holiday, was filled with homework and studying. My next two weeks look like this:
