THESIS DRAFT COMPLETE!

I am now the proud, proud owner of a full first draft of a thesis. That's right, the whole thing. All one hundred and twelve pages. It's the middle of the night, I'm exhausted, and I have a rough draft. I have everything it takes to be a thesis: a beginning, middle, and end. All in one place, laid out in Times New Roman.

It feels wonderful. And knowing I can go to sleep is wonderful. My Honors College advisor, Louise Bishop, told me that I was to take a full day off once my draft was complete. That means an entire Monday without opening the document. A full Monday without the guilt of an incomplete draft. One Monday, and then a week for edits and revisions.

It all feels very possible. And I feel very, very tired.

Good night, world! This girl has earned a good night's sleep.

Thank you so much, Sultan!

Amazing! Katie you have done a great work, and you deserve extra days off as you have been a hard-worker! Best wishes.
